What we collect and why
Booking enquiries include your name, email, Instagram, birth date, proposed size and placement, optional idea and reference photo, and preparation acknowledgements. Waitlist enquiries include your city and country. Required fields help us assess and respond to the request; without them we cannot process the form. Do not send medical records or medical details through this website.
We process booking enquiries to take steps at your request before a possible service contract. City waitlist requests are used to respond to your specific enquiry about availability, not to subscribe you to unrelated marketing. You can ask to leave the waitlist at any time.
Website traffic statistics
We collect cookie-free traffic statistics to understand which pages are visited and how people find the studio. A private keyed hash of your network address and browser information estimates unique visitors. The analytics store does not retain raw network addresses, full browser strings or referrer URLs; only page counts, pseudonymous visitor hashes, referrer domains and broad device categories. Statistics cover the last 90 days; older records are removed when the store is next updated. Statistics are visible only to studio administrators. Known bots, signed-in studio administrators and browsers sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are excluded. Visitor counts are estimates, and no advertising profiles are created.
Photo permission
Publishing a photo of your finished tattoo on the NECROPREY portfolio or social accounts requires your separate, optional consent. Declining does not affect your booking. This permission excludes your name, contact details and face. You may withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not make earlier lawful use unlawful. Uploaded reference photos are not automatically published.
Access and recipients
The artist and authorised studio administrators access enquiries. The website is hosted through Hostinger. The hosting provider processes server requests and may keep operational/security logs. Telegram receives all submitted booking and waitlist details so the artist can respond, including contact details, booking birth date, tattoo information, consent status, and a private reference-image link when supplied. The link expires after 14 days. Telegram and channel administrators can process this information. References also remain on the website server behind administrator access.
Security controls use short-lived, hashed network-address records to limit abusive requests, based on the legitimate interest of protecting the website. These rate-limit records expire after at most one hour and are removed when the rate-limit store is next updated. No advertising profiles or automated decisions about tattoo suitability are made.
Retention and international processing
The studio’s retention schedule and hosting/Telegram international-transfer arrangements still need to be confirmed. Please confirm these with the artist before submitting personal information. This notice is not a claim that those requirements have already been completed.
Enquiries, uploaded references and notification records are retained on the server until removed by the studio. The studio must review them and remove information no longer needed, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. Hosting and messaging providers may process information internationally; the studio must verify the relevant safeguards and provide details on request.
Your rights
Depending on the lawful basis and circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw photo consent. Contact the studio using the details below or your existing artist contact channel. You can complain to your national data-protection authority. Requests should ordinarily receive a response within one month, with extensions only where the GDPR permits them.
See the cookie notice for essential browser storage and the website terms for the booking process.
